ZEROBASEONE's 'BLUE PARADISE' Physical Albums Are Available in America: How to Support

I was in Seoul the day ZEROBASONE debuted and every industry person I met with that day were talking about the group’s debut. There was a ton of excitement in Korea, but everyone seemed a little confused why I wasn’t more hyped up about their debut. I explained how it wasn’t super easy to watch a show like Boys Planet in America, especially in real time when there will be spoilers galore on social media. So, while I was aware of them, I didn’t necessarily keep up with every aspect in the process that turned ZB1 into the K-pop sensation they were and are today.

But since 2023 when ZEROBASEONE debuted with “In Bloom” (one of the best songs of the year), global fans — including myself — have been able to keep up with the guys’ music, releases, content and more. Today, April 4, American fans get the chance to really show their enthusiasm with the official physical release of ZEROBASEONE’s recently released BLUE PARADISE album.

While BLUE PARADISE was released initially on February 24, 2025, via streaming, digital and Korea-based physical albums, but those album sales would not be eligible for the Billboard charts and for the U.S. industry to see their impact.

While some fans may have already imported albums from overseas or from retailers that imported the album, the physical version of BLUE PARADISE is now, officially, available in the U.S. thanks to a new deal set with Virgin Music. The physical release gives ZB1 their best chance to enter the Billboard charts with this physical release. To date, the band has not been able to enter the U.S. charts but this release gives them their best chance yet.
